Within the first five (5) years, Virginia trained over 22 staff in the NADA protocol and at least one hundred (100) from other treatment centers. The NADA protocol was then utilized  everyday on every level of care at Brighton Hospital. During that time, Virginia also conducted research over a two-year period on over 1500 patients on the effects NADA acudetox acupuncture had on the patients from decreasing cravings, pain management, decreasing anxiety, depression and reducing PTSD symptoms. Since 1992, she has also worked for Havenwyck Psychiatric Hospital as lead social worker and The Salvation Army Harbor Light Systems (Detroit) as a case manager.

"As a clinician and in active long term recovery from drugs and alcohol for 32 years, I have found the NADA protocol to be the most effective treatment for patients. It is immediate, non-verbal, short-term treatment for long lasting results." -Virginia June
